Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
We ship Monday through Friday within Washington State. For California, Idaho, and Oregon, we ship Monday through Thursday. For the rest of the country, we ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders are shipped the next business day after they're placed to ensure your cookies arrive fresh. We do not ship on holidays.

For example:

• If you place an order on Tuesday, it will ship Wednesday.
  
  

• If you're outside the West Coast and place an order on Thursday, it will ship the following Monday.
  
  

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 business days. Please refer to the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. A separate email with tracking details will be sent once your label has been created.

Shipping Address
We do our best to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized by the carrier (USPS or UPS). If we can’t validate the address, we’ll contact you to request an update. If we don’t hear back, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Please note: Bell’s Cookie Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer and cannot guarantee package recovery in such cases.
