The founders

Tomás & Brooke Perez

They met in Bogotá in 2014, an entrepreneurial duo united by a love of food and a drive to create something meaningful.

After training at the Culinary Institute of America and studying Culinary Arts Management, they launched a catering business. When the world paused in 2020, their cookies became something people truly needed.

They named the company after their daughter Isabella "Bell" whose warmth and joy lives in every box.
